The 5-vs-3 Ingredient List, Explained
TingleGuard's own official page contains two different ingredient counts for the same product.
Understanding where this discrepancy comes from, and why it does not necessarily mean anything is wrong, helps you read the rest of the brand's claims more critically.
What we found
On TingleGuard's own official page, the main product description section, titled 'Each TingleGuard Bottle Includes,' names five ingredients in detail: Passionflower Extract, Marshmallow Root, Corydalis Powder, Prickly Pear Extract and California Poppy Seed, each with its own description.
Further down the same page, the FAQ answer to the question 'What ingredients comprise TingleGuard?' names only three: Corydalis, Prickly Pear and California Poppy Seed — leaving out Passionflower and Marshmallow Root entirely.
Why this matters
Both descriptions come from the same official page, which rules out the more common issue we see elsewhere — a third-party reseller or review site describing a completely different formula. This looks more like an internal inconsistency, possibly from the FAQ answer being written or updated separately from the main product description.
What this does not mean
This kind of internal inconsistency is a signal to read carefully, not necessarily a sign that either ingredient list is fabricated. Marketing pages are often assembled and updated in pieces, and FAQ sections in particular are sometimes written or revised at different times than the main product copy.
